Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe:

1. Java Island (Domestic): Estimated 1–3 business days via land transport.
2. Outside Java Island (Domestic): Estimated 3–7 business days via land or sea transport.
3. International (Worldwide): Estimated 3–5 business days shipping of goods by sea or air. under certain conditions, it may take up to 6 months.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on the chosen carrier service. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier exceptions or inclement weather.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mad Dog Battalion is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
